What is your shipping fee and when can I expect my order?
We offer free shipping on all US orders via USPS first class mail (3-5 business days). No minimum requirement.
USPS priority mail (1-3 business days) is available for additional charge during the checkout depending on your address. Orders over $150 are eligible for free USPS Priority Mail.
We process and ship orders from our Chicago crib every day (Monday to Friday). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Honey, we are just beginning our journey and are currently limited to shipments within the USA.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses at this time.
Is signature required upon delivery?
No, but please be careful and don't leave it unattended as it is a valuable item.
We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure delivery address is correct and secure.
What delivery service do you use?
We have partnered with USPS.
How do I find my order number?
You can find your order number in the email confirmation you received. If you haven’t received an email confirmation, please reach out to us at email@example.com and we would be more than happy to assist you.
If you have an account with us, please login into your account, go to orders and you should be able to track.
I want to change my address or cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and allow us to assist you.
We may not be not be able to change your address, upgrade shipping options, cancel or update the order upon request after an hour of order placed.
Once the order is shipped, Amaaya is unable to change the address.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We’ve got your back on returns! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return within 30 days of the original purchase qualify for a full refund or return after 30 days will be given a store credit
All items must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered in a resalable condition and returned in original packaging including the box, pouch, tags and the mailer. Use our original packaging (or smaller boxes) to avoid any extra shipping costs.
Amaaya reserves the right to deny a return and re-ship to the customer at their expense if returned item doesn’t meet the return guidelines or was damaged in transit due to improper packaging
Amaaya will not be responsible for increased shipping costs due to large packaging or re-shipping the product back to the customer, and reserves the right to deduct additional shipping cost from the refunded amount when applicable.
Exchanges: Please note that we do not offer any exchanges at this time(even if it is the same item in a different color or size). We ask you to return the product and encourage you to place a new order from our website.
How much is the return shipping fee?
All US returns are free, however your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount.
How do I begin my return?
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
After receiving your package, we will process the refund and notify you via email
When will I receive my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Do you have a warranty?
Amaaya offers a 1 year warranty. If you find any defects in craftsmanship or breakage due to manufacturer defects, we will either repair or exchange the piece. Warranty doesn’t cover any damages made by the user or normal wear and tear of the product.
The warranty does not cover any inherent characteristics of sterling silver, which will occur over time (discoloration, discoloration, oxidation). We plate our jewelry with rhodium or 24k gold which gives the piece extra strength and maximizes the durability of the product.
